Dishes reflect Hawaii, Jamaica and Barbados, with signatures like coconut shrimp in papaya-mango chutney, tuna poke napoleon, macadamia-crusted yellowtail snapper, island shrimp pasta, and jerk pork tenderloin with sweet potato mofongo. Maple syrup-marinated pork chops, piña colada cake, and cocktails just scream for a paper umbrella.
