THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Too Chez Restaurant Review:

The menus at this handsome Novi restaurant seem to reflect the casual dishes patrons feel comfortable with. It’s a simpler, cleaner approach than the restaurant had at its beginnings with former chefs Ed Janos, then Greg Upshur. For instance, the dinner menu now includes sandwiches as well as fish and seafood specialties typified by cornmeal-crusted grouper and grilled yellowfin tuna. The menu is an easy-to-understand list of Midwestern favorites including Michigan chicken fettuccine tossed with wild mushrooms, apples, walnuts and dried cherries; grilled lamb chops; and char-grilled filet mignon with buttermilk whipped potatoes. Even the dessert list is simple and sweet---chocolate and carrot cakes as well as crème brûlée and house-made ice creams and sorbets. An excellent wine and spirits list accompanies the fare.
