Author, restaurateur and "Top Chef" host Tom Colicchio has splashed into the Miami restaurant scene with Beachcraft at the eco-friendly 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. A raw bar shells out all the usual suspects as well as some surprises (order the razor clams or Key West shrimp). Other highlights include house-made flatbreads and pastas. The bucatini with sea urchin, Florida blue crab, scallion and jalapeƱo hits every flavor and texture profile possible.
