The concept is a collaboration between Steven Fretz, Anthony Carron (800 Degrees Pizza), Noah Ellis and restaurant investor Jamie Tiampo. Menu options include the "Beef on Weck" with 10-hour slow roasted beef with atomic horseradish, a butter toasted caraway and sea salt bun and au jus, and "Dirty Fries" (topped with gravy, Provel cheese, caramelized onions and signature sauce). Indulge your sweet tooth with a frozen custard sundae.
