The shiny chrome façade and a retro turquoise interior complete with a boomerang pattern draws a crowd to this, Towson's de facto town hall. Morning, noon and night, the food is always fresh and plentiful, from the most basic ham-and-egg breakfast to the fanciest seafood platter with flounder filet, stuffed clams and shrimp. Greek touches --- common in Baltimore diners --- include souvlaki platters and shrimp Santorini baked with feta cheese and tomatoes. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
