Set in the heart of Little Italy, Trattoria on the Hill serves up hearty, traditional Italian cuisine with a not-so-hearty price tag. From homemade pastas, raviolis and sauces to veal, chicken and lamb chops, this cucina crafts it all. Start with the plentiful antipasto platter or the stuffed hot banana peppers to wake up your taste buds. Move on to the chicken piccata in a bright, lemon butter sauce or the lamb chops with artichokes. Specialty pizzas are also available; we like the shrimp and pesto version. Finish with the cassata cake. During warm months, ask to be seated on the patio; it's the perfect place to savor a summer evening.
