Tsujita Annex Restaurant Review:

Tsujita Annex is a sister establishment to the adjacent Tsujita LA. Do not be surprised if you encounter at least an hour wait for a table during busy hours, which leaves you plenty of time to decide what to order. Ramen or tsukemen (handmade dipping noodles) are each served with a pork broth as well as chicken, a soft-boiled egg or pork, if you desire. Add garlic and onikasu (red spice) for extra flavor. Rice bowls are also available with pork, salmon caviar, tuna or spicy tuna served on top.
