Uchi, which means "house" in Japanese, was originated by chef Tyson Cole in Austin, Texas, and has since expanded across the U.S. Along with à la carte dishes like akami crudo with strawberry, miso and crispy potato, there are omakase menus including a chef's tasting, curated tasting and vegetarian tasting.
