Vito's Restaurant Review:
Probably the best thing about Vito's is that there is really a guy named Vito who runs the place, keeping things true to his Sicilian heritage. Vito Favaloro pays homage to his hometown of Palermo with a prominent, affectionate mural --- and with reliably good Italian food. Light potato gnocchi in a creamy basil blue cheese sauce is one of the best dishes on the menu. If you're really hungry, go for the deeply layered lasagna or the chicken Parmigiana with stretchy cheese and zesty tomato sauce. Ravioli are good, too --- in fact, we haven't met a pasta here we didn't enjoy. Pull up a chair, appreciate the hospitality, order some vino and have a nice dinner.
