Wildhawk Restaurant Review:
Wildhawk from the PlumpJack Group features cocktails by Ken Luciano and Jacques Bezuidenhout of Forgery, as well as food from chef Howard Ko. Among these nibbles might be crusty bread served with a spread made from goat cheese, harissa and rose petals; petite vegetable crudités with black garlic ranch; and smoked trout with crème fraîche and fermented turnips. Vermouth gets its moment in the sun with cocktails such as the Mister Rubino, made with Martini Rubino, orgeat, lime and Velvet Falernum. The sleek space, in the former beloved lesbian bar The Lexington, was designed by Jay Jeffers.
