At The Willows’ lavish buffets, diners may enjoy local Hawaiian favorites such as kalua pig, poi and lomi lomi salmon alongside American items such as Caesar salad and roast beef. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the carving station features a whole roasted suckling pig. We recommend the leisurely Sunday Champagne brunch for a dining experience filled with salads, seafood and desserts.
