Two Rosé Wine Cocktails

This estate, 30 minutes from the celebrated city on the French Riviera, produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence from a 46-acre organic vineyard located at the foothills of the Maures mountain range.

In the middle of the property, there is a boutique hotel with a contemporary chic urban design in contrast with the charm of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, (see photos below).

– 3.5 oz. (10 cl.) UP Rosé
– 12 oz. (4 cl.) Chambord liqueur
– 1 oz. (3 cl.) muddled/crushed red fruit
– 6 mint leaves
– 1 squeeze of lime
– 1 dash of cane sugar

The Rosy is a refreshing long drink that highlights all the complex aromatic flavors of Ultimate Provence rosé. A delicious blend of Ultimate Provence rosé, St-Germain liqueur, fresh thyme, homemade grapefruit syrup, lime and tonic water, this cocktail, as refreshing as it is light, is perfect for a sultry summer picnic.

– 3 oz. UP rosé
– 1 shot (1 oz.) St-Germain liqueur
– 4 tsp grapefruit simple syrup
– 1 squeeze of fresh lime
– 2 oz. tonic water
