Weekend Brunch | Tesse, West Hollywood, CA

French-inspired weekend brunch
West Hollywood, CA, November 8, 2018
Tesse, the latest project of restaurateur Bill Chait, is now serving brunch on the weekends — Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You can count on the creativity of chef Raphaël François and the talent of pastry chef Sally Camacho Mueller to treat your eyes and taste buds.
A perfect illustration is the Frenchy “pizza,” a must-have. Just watch the video above.

We also like the smoked salmon benedict where François has hidden house-pickled tomatoes under the egg covered with an egg Hollandaise.
All the breads and viennoiserie are made by Camacho. Make sure to walk by the buffet when you enter.

The limoncello pancakes are a challenge to your waistline. But, at least this time, it’s worth it.

It’s the weekend and a brunch, so we feel the best drink is a Bellini. The pink one served here is just perfect.
We recommend sitting by the retractable “garage door” wall on the comfortable banquette. You won’t feel that you are so much inside, and will be able to enjoy the LA weather.
There are, of course, many other options on the menu, so everyone will be happy. Most likely you will skip dinner that evening, filled up by tasty memories.
