THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED 30 Tables Restaurant Review:
Partnering with Concentrics Restaurants, The Glenn Hotel and Legacy Property Group opened 30 Tables, replacing Maxim Prime and B.E.D. The modern American fare from chef Daniel Chance is highlighted by sustainable and seasonal ingredients. Southern-influenced specialties, such as fried green tomatoes, dot the menu. Small plates, like the Asian-style meatballs with a veal caramel sauce, are the heart of the offerings. The menu also includes North Georgia trout, Cornish hen and braised beef short ribs. The wine list is short but well selected, with good choices at reasonable prices. One of the best values is the Trefethen Dry Riesling for $28 a bottle, a good option to pair with the Asian-inspired dishes. If you buy two glasses of any wine, they'll open a bottle not normally offered by the glass. The comfortable, modern room now embraces a street view.
