THIS RESTAURANT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED 58 Tour Eiffel Restaurant Review:
About the restaurant: Gustave Eiffel's futuristic construction harmoniously blends with the chic look of this intimate brasserie achieved by designer Patrick Jouin. Located on the first level of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant has large windows offering great vistas of the Seine river and the Trocadéro, as well as panoramic overlooks of the capital and the city lights at night. Guests have priority access directly to the restaurant, so no waiting in line.
Food & Drinks: For lunch, there are "pique-nique baskets" brought to the table for a quick, casual meal. At dinner, the setting becomes more formal and guests select from set menus of French fare. Choose from dishes such as cream of mushroom soup with truffle ricotta and hazelnut oil; fillet of sea bream served with butternut squash, artichokes, gnocchi and beurre blanc sauce with violet mustard; and profiteroles for dessert. Chef Thierry Marx (Sur Mesure) is now overseeing the kitchen.
