THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Agio Restaurant Review:
Chef-owner Joseph Heidenreich continues to excite patrons with his beautiful presentations and knack for marrying Mediterranean and Italian flavors. Situated in the heart of Mass Avenue’s trendy art corridor, you can drop by for a pre-theater meal or browse the art galleries before stopping for appetizers and drinks. Area artists provide the paintings that lend Agio its cosmopolitan feel, both inside and on the covered patio. Salmon takes a new direction with the chef’s version of grilled salmon napoleon served with a well balanced grapefruit sauce, accompanied by spinach. For more casual fare, the designer pizzas and entrée salads keep regulars returning.
