Al Covo Restaurant Review:

Al Covo is a project by Diane and Cesare Benelli, offering two small dining rooms, one of which features original works of art. An outdoor area is available weather-permitting and during the summer. The à la carte menu presents Italian fare, which (with the exception of desserts) does not utilize butter. Expect dishes such as fresh raw Adriatic scampi al prosecco (Venetian sashimi), breaded veal cutlet, and Adriatic monkfish with “pancetta” on a celeriac fondue with “gialletti” beans. All desserts are homemade by Diane Benelli.
