Ancora (Italian for "anchor) is a collaboration between chef Nick Anichini and Joe & Andi Conte of Water2Table Fish Co. The seafood-focused restaurant offers both prix-fixe and à la carte menus, with offerings including littleneck clams with chorizo and piquillo; halibut rack (for two) with seafood sausage, pepperonata and garlic bread; and Wagyu rib-eye with sweetbread ragout and potato pavé.
