A clam’s throw from the landing strips of Logan Airport, this Eastie hideaway is a diamond in the seafood-dining rough. Having passed much of his working existence as a fisherman, the owner not only knows what a good catch is, but what should be done with it in the kitchen. The blue-collar crowd is boisterous, collegial, and discerning in all the right ways. Like any fish joint worth it’s sea salt, Angelo & Sons is at its best when you order one of two ways: Simply or off the daily specials board.
