Chef Ray Garcia (Broken Spanish, B.S. Taqueria) has returned to DTLA with Asterid by Ray Garcia, a new restaurant in the former space of Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The menu features such dishes as ceviche with passion fruit, coconut, serrano and puffed rice; half chicken magic myrna potatoes, tokyo negi and salsa verde; and short rib with domingo rojo beans, bacon, cactus and chipotle.
