Alain Senderens, who gave his name to this famous restaurant, erstwhile known as Lucas Carton, sold it to the Potel et Chabot brand, which specializes in reception catering. At the moment, the setting remains the same, with Majorelle-style Art Nouveau woodwork and tables devoid of tablecloths.
