Chef/partner Chintan Pandya and restaurateur Roni Mazumdar of Adda Indian Canteen are also behind Dhamaka, an “Unapologetic Indian” restaurant in the Essex Market on the Lower East Side. The menu offers grilled lamb ribs with kashmiri chili and fennel; goat neck dum biryani; and whole rabbit with yogurt and cloves (serves 3-4 guests).
