Local growers, farmers and locavores have embraced this upscale restaurant at Canyons Resort. Vegans, vegetarians, carnivores---everyone's happy in this rustically elegant and intimate establishment. That's because the chefs at The Farm take locally produced ingredients to the next level. Cheeses from Beehive Cheese Co. and Gold Creek Farms turn a tomato and corn risotto into a memorable summer dish. Adventurous palates can choose from unique items like the pulled pork corn dogs or oxtail onion soup, or stick with tried-and-true options like the Parmesan-crusted tenderloin, salmon or braised lamb. There's smoked sausage mac ‘n’ cheese and lamb burgers on the menu, too. Consult with the sommelier for his pairing suggestions from the extensive wine list. Seasonal desserts, like the angel food strawberry shortcake, burst with local flavor. The patio is ideal for family dinners.
