This simple diner located in the Garment District offers a more upscale version of its namesake food. From red velvet pancakes---chocolate pancakes topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting---for breakfast, to house-made turkey chili for lunch and Niman Ranch pork chops for dinner, the Tick Tock always has something good to offer. They're always open, just look for the neon sign.
