It's easy to make assumptions about a corporate-run hotel/conference center dining room: a yawn of stuffed chicken breast, pasta primavera --- the usual suspects. But TusCA's menu provides some fresh and interesting choices. For example, in addition to the pizza margherita, there's a hearty mushroom pizza topped with hazelnuts, fried sage and a touch of truffle oil. Consider the salmon and steak, as well as a springtime risotto with sweet, slightly crunchy corn and blanched fresh asparagus. For dessert, don't miss the fruity, flavorful gelatos. A compact wine list includes lots of options by the glass. Service is personable and prompt and there’s a pleasant view of the golf course.
