The dozen curtained booths are a highlight of this markedly elegant restaurant with its high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, a 5,000-pound granite tiger that greets you at the door and Persian rugs. Just slide the gold drapes closed to shut out the frenzied servers shuffling eclectic dishes like togarashi scallops, miso black cod, lamb shank vindaloo or pork short rib ramen through the Asian-inspired dining room. For dessert, Wahso's pastry chef prepares a Vietnamese coffee cake with earl grey ice cream.
