Open only in season, this restaurant on the Sag Harbor marina offers American cuisine cooked with flair. Seafood is definitely the highlight of the menu: raw bar, curried oysters with coconut-wasabi sauce, and the famous lobster salad with horseradish-chili sauce are just some of the items on offer. The view makes up for what can sometimes be drab food, but select something from the sea and you won't be disappointed.
