This bohemian chic locale is a hot spot for the trendy set of East Hampton. Celebrities wearing St. Barth’s T-shirts mingle with young weekenders in the bright corner room and at the few outdoor tables, ordering the predominantly organic vegetarian fare. Breakfast is served until 4:30 p.m. and includes the self-declared Outrageous Omelettes as well as a variety of other morning and brunch choices including eight-grain pancakes, a Tuscan quinoa bowl and vegan french toast. Later in the day, sample Peconic Bay scallops, Vietnamese spring rolls with papaya, or pan-roasted local Montauk swordfish with Swiss chard and fingerling potatoes. A well-stocked juice bar and smoothie selection are on offer, as are a handful of specialty cocktails including a watermelon mimosa and the house specialty Bloody Mary.
