This is a small, but growing, chain of seafood restaurants. Decorations are a mix of nautical and barroom, with cases of beer stacked at strategic points to break the line of the eye. The open kitchen is visible from most points in the restaurants, making the dining experience almost a cooking lesson, too. The fish is brought in fresh daily, as are the steaks. All dressings, soups and sauces are house-made. Entrées include chicken, ribs, steak and pastas. One nice touch: The pasta entrées come in half or full servings, an increasingly popular price- (and stomach-) saving option. The tables are far enough apart to give guests a sense of space.
