Bariloche’s kitchen prepares interesting dishes from all over Latin America, including Argentina, Peru, Chile, Brazil and even Cuba. Appetizers may include Ecuadorian ceviche and chicken al chimichurri, while main courses range from shrimp Bariloche (shrimp sautéed in lemon, garlic and butter) to lomo saltado. A couple of tables out front are available for watching the parade of passersby exploring downtown Ventura.
