THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED There are lots of Cajun favorites on the menu---think bacon-wrapped alligator tail, blackened filet of beef with crumbled blue cheese, and French Quarter pasta with crab, crawfish and shrimp. But Bayou Café's owners also steer this ship toward more traditional fare. Our suggestion: stick with the simpler dishes, say a juicy burger or an overstuffed club sandwich. The Café supplements Saturday disco parties with occasional live music by local bands.
