Beatnik On The River Restaurant Review:
Beatnik On The River is unlike any of the restaurants on Wacker Drive: fun, funky and Insta-worthy. The place was remodeled, which included taking a 20 by 20 foot Nashville jewelry store --- complete with chandeliers and sconces --- and making it the centerpiece of the space. Plop down some Persian rugs, hand-painted glazed tiles and pillow-topped Indonesian daybeds and you have a true oasis on the river. The menu includes shakshuka with duck egg, pork cheek fried rice, and Lebanese-style roasted lamb.
