THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO LAS FUENTES RESTAURANT & BAR. The Bishop's Lodge is the epitome of Santa Fe Style, and finally the dining keeps pace with the surroundings. Under the direction of executive chef, Patrick Elroy, the dinner menu offers venison, buffalo, seafood and an outstanding Angus beef filet. There is a little bit of New Mexico in every dish, as the kitchen specializes in using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. The restaurant, café and poolside grill also offer a spa menu for light dining.
