The venerable Grund family has a new generation in the kitchen, preparing lighter versions of their German classics. You can still order traditional (and heavy) potato pancakes, knockwurst with fried sauerkraut and weinerschnitzel, though, and there are plenty of imported beers and wines to wash them down. Kids love the special attention that is paid to them---loaned-out toys included---and there is often accordion music in the bar.
