This hip and sophisticated restaurant in a downtown Telluride Victorian is noteworthy for its super-fresh seafood, as well as the kinds of good steaks and chops that you'd expect in Colorado. The restaurant express-ships its shellfish, including oysters that are served on the half-shell. Mussels come with a choice of broths. New England clam chowder is as good as it gets in mid-continent. Expect interesting preparations and attractive presentations of rock cod, mahi mahi, salmon, tilapia, trout, grouper and other fish.
