Former Piccolo Venice chef Bobo Ivan is back in the old Piccolo space, now renamed Bobo. The contemporary Italian menu features sea scallops capesante with sunchoke-Parmesan fondue; lamb carpaccio with celery, Piave shavings and truffle oil; homemade ricotta-turmeric cavatelli with braised goat ragù and aromatic herbs; and lamb chops with rhubarb-port reduction and saffron risotto. The six-course tasting menu is $75 per person; the 10-course miniature tasting is $90 per person.
