Boom Noodle offers more than a dozen ramen, soba and udon noodle preparations. This industrial-style noodle house is named for the Japanese slang “my boom,” which translates to “my current obsession.” Beef yakisoba and mushroom soba are favorites. Seafood curry udon includes ling cod, mussels and shrimp in a spicy broth. Non-noodle dishes include saké marinated flatiron steak and handmade egg rolls. A selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options is also available. Boom Noodle’s bar offers innovative Asian-inspired cocktails and a daily happy hour menu.
