For lovers of tripe sausage and good company, this is the only true brasserie in Reims. It is located near the former (unsightly) wholesale food market. Try authentic brasserie fare like smoked herring served on a bed of potatoes, steak tartare, hanger steak, and other unpretentious plates. You won't kill your wallet dining here.
