A branch of a Manhattan-based bubbly-and-snack venue, this hip spot concentrates on Champagne and sparkling wines: 20 bubblies by the glass are available, plus a stock of more than 300 Champagnes and sparkling wines. The food is just nibbles, albeit good ones: oysters, caviar, pâté, spring rolls and cheese plates.
