THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Butter Restaurant Review:
After a buyout, this swanky pad is operated by Really Nice Restaurants, the group that handles The Clubhouse and Nick’s Fishmarket. It’s decked in blond wood and vino hues---from Pinot Noir to Sauvignon Blanc---while sporting a glowy first floor bar and funky second floor lounge that fills with well-heeled revelers during private functions. (It no longer operates as a restaurant for the general public.) Although the menu remains in flux, it’s typified by passed appetizers like truffled twice-baked fingerling potatoes and entrées like grilled pork loin with creamy orzo and grilled frisée.
