Cabana Restaurant Review:

While Cabana is definitely a colorful party scene, the food here is often authentic and creative. Some of chef/owner Glenn Flechter's recipes come from his Puerto Rican mother-in-law. Spicy Jamaican jerk chicken, Bahamian conch fritters and golden brown codfish cakes called baccalaitos are great starters. Not Caribbean, but very good, is the steak churrasco, lathered with garlic, oil and parsley. You won't find salmon with tangerine glaze in Kingston or Santo Domingo, but it's still good here.
