Celebrity Cuisine Restaurant Review:
After years spent working as a private chef to a succession of celebrities and tycoons, chef Kam-Fu Cheng decided to strike out on his own. Tucked away on the first floor of the small boutique Lan Kwai Fong Hotel, Celebrity Cuisine serves high-end Cantonese fare in an intimate setting. Cheng is especially skilled with poultry; make sure to try the fried chicken wing stuffed with imperial bird’s nest and the crispy-skin chicken.
