Though Centro offers oven-baked pizzas, the emphasis here is not so much on old-fashioned fare as on contemporary regional Italian cooking with a few American dishes thrown in: the Caesar salad, for example. Loads of pasta dishes, sandwiches and pizzas make up the main part of the lunch menu, though you may find grilled salmon or grilled chicken breast. Dinners call for more upscale fare including à la carte dishes and a regional tasting menu of pasta, fish, meat and dessert.
