This establishment, part of a flashy local Latin restaurant-nightclub group, generates a high noise level and service can be spotty. The house’s signature dish, one of its ceviche offerings---in this case, the shrimp ceviche---is lackluster. Other options include a Peruvian chicken dish and lomo saltado, or grilled beef tenderloin, which arrives just like a fancy steak dinner. Maybe better to party here than to dine out.
