THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Chameau Restaurant Review:
THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO CHAMEAU DELIBAR. Now in a Fairfax District location, with a dark and colorful décor, Chameau delivers a seasonal menu based on Moroccan dishes. You can enjoy a fresh squid salad with arugula or warm mussel salad with golden beets to start. Then proceed to share one of chef Adel Chagar's couscouses, or order your own selection, such as a lamb shank tagine or a whole roasted daurade with charmoula and vegetables. Complement it all with one of the Moroccan wines from the short list. The restaurant is a bit short-staffed so prepare to take your time in one of the comfortable booths.
