Moomba Part II: The space that once attracted the likes of Leo and the Donald has been redone as an urban chalet (lots of wood and deer-antler chandeliers), sort of New York’s answer to Aspen’s Caribou Club. You’ll spot the occasional celeb and supermodel, but basically the young and privileged and their hangers-on party at weekly parties featuring imported deejays. A grazing menu of appetizers offers veggie spring rolls, chicken satay, quesadillas and a $7.95 plate of fries. Oh, and don’t forget the list of salads for the gals. Groups can share pots of cheese or chocolate fondue---tables have built-in fondue holders---until the place closes at 3 a.m. Leave the skis at home.
