THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Chez Sophie Restaurant Review:

Chef-owner Paul Parker learned French cooking from his mother, Sophie, who began the restaurant with her husband, sculptor Joseph Parker, in 1968. It has grown and moved several times over the years but Parker uses the same techniques his mother learned as a child in the French countryside. The menu changes daily, so each visit is a completely new experience. House-made sausages and locally raised lamb are frequently offered. The restaurant has a quiet ambience and muted contemporary décor. It looks out onto one of Joseph's sculptures in a courtyard.
