Chloe is the love child of Mary Ann and Dan Grimes, experienced chefs who transmit their affection for food through a diverse menu and imaginative specials. It's rather like eating with friends and sharing the offerings. Will it be slow roasted cauliflower with charred lemon dressing this evening, or ratatouille with goat cheese crumble? Do you like the sound of asparagus and ricotta ravioli or Kona coffee-rubbed rib-eye steak with ramp butter? Bring an appropriate bottle of wine, and stay for dessert. The no-reservations policy makes dining here on the weekends challenging, and you can expect to wait for a table just about any night.
