Clementine Restaurant Review:

Located across from Westfield Century City, Clementine offers simple, rustic dishes made with time and care. Owner Annie Miler brings together the best of California's seasonal ingredients in a welcoming, homespun atmosphere. Highlights include rustic baked goods such as apricot-ginger scones and Saturday-only cinnamon rolls. The Clementine breakfast sandwich is a homemade buttermilk biscuit layered with a poached egg, melted cheddar and country ham, while gravlax is cured in-house and served with cream cheese, caperberries and a toasted bagel. For lunch, one can expect sandwiches like rare roast beef and "build your own" grilled cheese, and specialty salads like edamame and king salmon. The ginger-limeade is made from scratch. Gourmet take-out picnics and catering are also available. You’ll find blueberry sour cream coffee cake and breakfast baskets filled with a variety of breakfast pastries. For the holiday season, Clementine offers a wide assortment of holiday cookies to choose from like traditional decorated shortbreads, gingerbread men, apricot hamentaschen and crisp lemon poppy seed cookies. And don't forget the Clementine citrus cake with hints of lemon, grapefruit and orange. Also located at 9346 Civic Center Dr., Beverly Hills, 90210, 310-461-0600.
