Up for a little culinary adventure? How about a Creole-spiced gumbo capped with fried green tomatoes, or Japanese-style pork and beans pairing teriyaki-glazed pork loin and fresh soybeans baked with bacon and brown sugar? Craving something a little more down-to-earth? If grilled chicken breast over a BLT salad doesn't do the trick, then spice-crusted New York strip steak over ratatouille and chickpeas surely will. Just looking for a quick bite? The Cosmo burger, featuring half a pound of Angus beef and applewood-smoked bacon on toasted garlic focaccia, is one of the best burgers in town.
